Healthy Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. Louisiana style hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 pound chicken tenders (lean)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a Ziploc bag, combine the hot sauce with paprika and ground pepper.
3. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.
5. Serve with low fat or fat free ranch dressing.
Can be used over a salad or as an appetizer.
