Daily Food Journal Monitoring

Studies show that one of the most effective ways to stick to an eating plan is to write it down.  A recent ACSM study showed that food journals can help a dieter lose as much as double the weight initially lost!  Optimum Results now offers an on-line daily food journal that will help log your daily intake, as well as monitor the choices.

It’s simple.  Every day you fill out a food journal provided by us.  At the end of the day, e-mail it, and we will review your day’s intake and respond with any comments that may help you out.  This will keep you conscious of your goals while getting a professional’s daily input.  Even if you do not actively train with Optimum Results, this service can help.  This service will start with an initial consultation with our certified dietitian to go over some ideas on how to get started.
