Annette Boulden RD, MA is a master’s level registered dietitian with 20 years of nutritional experience. With a B.S. in dietetics, and a Master’s in Nutritional Education to go along with her strength training background, Annette is the perfect fit to help all of our clients. Annette has worked at Cooper Hospital both as a clinical dietitian and in the Pediatric Care division, as well as a nutritional consultant for Pat Croce’s executive fitness program, making her qualified to help clients with any nutritional concerns they may have.

Annette’s nutritional philosophy is simple. Eat healthy most of the time, and make room to indulge yourself occasionally! Combining a solid nutritional foundation with regular strength training and cardiovascular training will allow you to look and feel your best without missing out on your “fun” foods. Rather than diet, Annette, believes in a healthy lifestyle, which incorporates attention to healthy foods as well as exercise on a regular basis.

Lifestyle changes are the key to weight loss and nutritional management. Nutritional consultations can help you modify your diet for many reasons:

    • Flavored Latte- 360clas, 16g fat
    • Latte- 220cals, 15g fat
    • Coffee w/cream and sugar 180 calories
    • Cappuccino- 120cals, 4g fat
    • Coffee w/sugar 90 calories
    • Coffee w/cream 90 calories
    • Coffee w/whole milk 60 calories
    • Coffee w/skim milk 30-50 calories

    Order a coffee with cream and sugar every work day?  Add 900 calories per week to your diet.  That is over 13 pounds in one year.
