Nancy DiLisi

AFAA Certified Personal Trainer

Nancy has been a true believer of health and exercise for over 20 years. She has been a certified group fitness instructor since 1985, a Johnny G certified spinning instructor, and an AFAA certified personal trainer. Her knowledge and background in fitness has allowed her to work well one on one and she makes each training session different and exciting. She has extensive experience in weight training and aerobic fitness. The combination of the two has become a very popular training method with Nancy and her clients. Circuit Training is the answer to keeping heart rate up to burn the most calories in one hour, while also getting strength training.

Nancy believes that balance and flexibility is also important to add to your routine. It is part of your everyday, functional life. She is also experienced in customized training routines, sports conditonining, stability ball training, bosu, and resistance training. She loves small group weight training classes too!
