Brandi's choice: Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups diced peeled avocado
- 1/2 cup diced seeded tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1/4 t salt.
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients serve immediately with baked tortilla chips
