Single Person Pilates Session:
Focus on core postural muscles to help keep the body balanced. $65 per session.
Single Person Training Session:
A sixty minute session that will focus on strength, cardio, and flexibility training, all dependent on your personalized training program. $65 per session.
Single Person Training (sport specific):
A sixty minute session that focuses training skills specific to your sport. Programs include distance running, sprinting, golf, skiing, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. $65 per session.
Single Person Yoga Session:
Utilize the ancient practice of postures and deep breathing for maximum physical and mental health in the privacy of your own home. Available in small groups as well. $65 per session.
Single Person Aerobics Session:
Enjoy a full aerobics workout focusing on your cardio needs, all in the privacy of your own home. All class types (Step, cardio kickboxing, etc) available. $65 per class.
Additional Person:
For above services only. $20 per person.
Massage Therapy (in-home):
Choose between deep tissue or trigger point for a therapeutic massage, or Swedish for a more relaxing massage. $85 per hour massage. $110 per ninety minute massage.
Dietitian Consultation:
Meet with our certified dietitian and dissect your current eating habits to aid in weight loss, weight gain, or simply to lead a healthier lifestyle for you and your family. $90 per initial session. $55 per follow up session.
Group Sessions:
Join our seasonal workout groups, ranging from outdoor boot camps to in home group aerobics. $15 per person.
