Daily Food Journal Monitoring

Studies show that one of the most effective ways to stick to an eating plan is to write it down.  That is effective, but it is even more effective to have a professional review it and offer their advice daily.  Optimum Results’ newest service is just this!

It’s simple.  Every day you fill out a food journal provided by us.  At the end of the day, e-mail it, and I will review your day’s intake and respond with any comments that may help you out.  This will keep you conscious of your goals while getting a professional’s daily input.  Even if you do not actively train with Optimum Results, this service can help.  Please call or e-mail Andy at your earliest convenience for details and to sign up.  I will only be taking on a limited number of clients in this capacity, so please call soon!
