Mandy Niemcewicz, PA-C, ACSM, PT

Mandy Niemcewicz is a Board Certified Physician's Assistant, with over 15 years of medical experience. This background gives Mandy experience dealing with women's health and wellness at all ages, especially with respect to mid-life changes and osteoporosis. In addition, Mandy has been associated with fitness in various forms for over 20 years. This includes multiple training certifications from ACSM, and AFAA, two of the premier personal training certifications in the country, as well as a large following in the group fitness and aerobics field locally. In addition, Mandy has experience combining stability ball work, kickboxing, step, and BOSU balance training to help clients achieve their goals. Also, Mandy has experience in both individual and group exercise for children of all ages.
Mandy's proficiency in balance and stability with regards to weight training is something that can be integrated into anyone's workout. Balance can be used for the beginner to initiate a fitness routine. It can also be integrated into an experienced exerciser's routine to make common exercises seem more challenging. Functional balance training can also be used to help strengthen after an injury or compensate for certain chronic conditions. Balance training can be especially effective for sport specific training. Activities such as golf, skiing, and baseball are can be improved through functional balance training.
