Keep your body healthy

1. Healthy sleep

Get 7-8 hours sleep a day. Keep your sleeping area dark, cool, and with minimal noise.

While you are asleep, your brain can attend to areas within the body that need to heal. The brain can trigger the release of hormones that encourage the repair of your body. During sleep, your brain will also repair itself on a physical and mental level.

2. Healthy food

Reduce your sugar intake to a minimum. Avoid processed foods and refined carbohydrates. Consume alcohol and caffeine in moderation, if at all. Eat plenty of leafy, green vegetables and healthy fats. Pay attention to organically produced food.

Your body is a highly-adaptive miracle machine and will do everything to survive, even under the most extreme conditions. To produce the best results, however, you need to support your body with the correct food. Sugar and refined carbohydrates are very damaging to the body, avoid them as much as you can. 3. Healthy exercise

Exercise at least 3 times a week, a bit more is better. Get enough rest to recover from the exercises and don't be excessive (unless you pursue a specific goal).

It has been observed throughout the millennia, and is confirmed by modern science, that exercise at a certain level keep the body refreshed and in a much better condition than doing no exercise at all. Your body is highly adaptive; if you demand more, you will receive more - until a certain point that is.

Keep your mind healthy

4. Healthy gratitude

Establish a daily gratitude practice. Keep a gratitude journal. Be happy that you have the chance to improve.

A daily gratitude practice has been shown to significantly increase happiness — and physical health. Practicing gratitude improves sleep, boosts immunity and decreases the risk of disease. It also boosts your mental capabilities.

5. Healthy discipline

Be self-disciplined and with the knowledge that every challenge has a practical solution. Go forward step-by-step; always give your best and do not compromise.

Self-discipline is the great foundation which results in a healthy attitude that every challenge can be overcome. Success is a pleasure, and self-discipline unlocks this pleasure piece by piece. As soon as you can see the fruits of your actions, you will never go back!

6. Healthy focus

Set yourself goals and work toward them. Keep your focus on the goal. Think from the end and then go backwards towards the presence; discover the steps necessary to reach the goal.

Without a goal, you cannot set a direction, you will aimlessly drift around. Everyone arrives somewhere after some time - but only when you have a goal, you have a real chance to actually arrive where you want to be.

Keep your soul healthy

7. Healthy balance

Spend time on exploring your true self. Meditate and explode what the spiritual leaders from various cultures and across the vastness of time have to say. Don't limit yourself, become the best possible version of yourself!

You are so more than just a bag of amino-acids, lipids, and water. You are self-aware and in constant interaction with the rest of the universe. The concept of you being a singular individuum that can be separated from the rest of the universe is long overcome, both in the physical domain and the spiritual realm. Act accordingly and spend time on exploring who you truly are.

If you follow these 7 simple guidelines, you will see drastic improvements in your life!
